The dual characteristics of digital and inclusive digital inclusive financial products effectively improve the efficiency of digital technology matching rural financial needs, and play an im-portant leverage and guiding role in the process of optimizing the allocation of urban and rural financial resources and boosting urban and rural integration. Based on the provincial panel data from 2015 to 2022, the fixed effect model and intermediary effect test method are used to reveal the intermediary role of digital inclusive finance through new quality productivity. The study found that: (1) digital inclusive finance has a significant positive effect on the integrated development of urban and rural areas (β=0.427***); (2) new quality productivity plays a 38.6% intermediary effect in the transmission path.
