ENVIRONMENTAL DESIGN AS A HARMONY OF COMFORT, ENVIRONMENTAL FRIENDLINESS AND INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES

Environmental design is a multidimensional vector phenomenon that includes a set of natural and artificially created spaces and their content, which are in constant interaction with humans. It encompasses natural, man-made, industrial, environmental, and socio-cultural elements. Modern cities need not only comfortable human habitation, but also the development of industrial zones and the solution of environmental issues, bringing people closer to nature and traditional culture. Purpose of the study The main purpose of the article is to determine the directions and patterns of formation of the spatial and subject environment, the relationship between man, the environment and other structural and functional components of the environment, which give reason to believe that their use will contribute to ensuring comfortable living conditions. Research methods. An important role in solving the problems of forming the spatial-subjective environment is assigned to the methods of scientific cognition and research methods. In scientific cognition, there is a complex dynamic integral system of methods of different levels, spheres of action, and orientation, which are always implemented taking into account specific conditions. A systematic approach to the formation of the subject-spatial environment is widely reflected in domestic and foreign research. The methods of structural, systemic and structural-functional analysis are used. It is proved that the urban environment is a complex of various factors and conditions that control a person and are controlled by a person. A comfortable urban environment is a certain state of the urban environment that is qualitatively different from the urban environment that meets all the needs of citizens. The development of the city's ecology means the creation of such conditions for the city's existence that will not harm the nature surrounding it, as well as the biogeocenoses that are located within the city itself. Modern technologies make it possible to effectively model and optimize the process of making management decisions in architectural and urban planning activities. Conclusion. Respect for cultural heritage and the introduction of modern technologies into it not only enriches the architectural landscape, but also contributes to the creation of more comfortable, functional, and environmentally friendly living spaces. This combination will allow design and architecture not only to adapt to changes, but also to actively shape the future, in which housing will become a source of health, safety and joy for all its inhabitants.
