Ru–O covalency regulated <i>via</i> constructing a RuO 2 /Cr 2 O 3 heterogeneous interface to boost acidic water oxidation
The heterogeneous interface of an RuO 2 /Cr 2 O 3 electrocatalyst shortens the Ru–O bond, regulating the adsorption/desorption of oxygen intermediates, to improve intrinsic OER activity and attenuate the dissolution of Ru at high potential.
