Study on the discharge behavior of spent lithium-ion batteries under externally assisted conditions

In this paper, the effects of solution type, concentration and external conditions on the discharge behavior of spent LIBs are investigated. The results show that agitation and ultrasound can reduce the discharge time by 40% and 60%, respectively.
