Analysis of the relationship between changes in the composition of the intestinal microbiome and the amino acid composition of the liver of carp (Cyprinus carpio) against the background of the use of various biologically active additives in feeding
The paper analyzes the relationship between changes in the composition of the intestinal microbiome and amino acid composition of carp liver against the background of the use of various biologically active additives in feeding: ultradisperse particles (UDP) SiO 2 and a complex of essential amino acids (arginine, lysine, methionine). It was found that inclusion of the studied additives in the fish diet influences the ratio of Proteobacteria, Fusobacteria and Bacteroidetes abundance in the intestines of fish. The analysis of amino acid composition of the liver indicates a pronounced stimulating effect of the tested feed additives on the synthesis and accumulation of amino acids.
