The analysis revealed the following findings: Hypothesis 1 confirmed that the meaning-making factor of motivational language positively influences the core components of empowerment, including meaningfulness, competence, and self-determination. Hypothesis 2 demonstrated that the key factors of empowerment-meaningfulness, competence, and self-determination significantly impact the two dimensions of organizational effectiveness: organizational commitment and turnover intention. Hypothesis 3 found that the key elements of motivational language, direction-giving and meaning-making, enhance organizational commitment, with direction-giving also playing an important role in reducing turnover intention.
