Specificity of identity in Tatar lullabies

The aim of the study is to identify various types of similarity in the Tatar lullaby, allowing to systematize the typological features of the genre. The article is devoted to the consideration of the models of lullaby identity in the repertoire of one informant. The objects selected are samples in which the tunes are completely consistent with each other. The structure, intonation features of the considered folklore samples and performance are analyzed. The analysis focuses on the musical differences of lullaby artifacts and the interpretation of the content by the informant. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the fact that for the first time on the extensive musical material of Tatar lullabies, collected and notated by the author of the article, the phenomenon of contamination, analogy and variant in the aspect of similarities and differences of samples of this genre is described. The study found that the variability of lullabies is created as a result of modal coloring, melismatics, various techniques of melodic figuration and articulation. At the same time, the position of the informant influences the recognition of autonomy for some samples. For the folk performer, the verbal text is the priority when deciding this issue.
