STRATEGIC GUIDELINES FOR THE INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF MACHINE-BUILDING ENTERPRISES

The article examines the strategic guidelines for the innovative development of machine-building enterprises in the context of transformation and global competition. The need to overcome the technological lag of domestic machine-building by modernizing production facilities, introducing advanced technologies and innovative solutions in accordance with the Industry 4.0 concept is substantiated. The authors conducted a SWOT analysis of the strategic guidelines for the innovative development of machine-building enterprises in Ukraine. The main challenges associated with the financial support of innovation processes, the search for effective mechanisms for attracting investments and the optimization of resource provision are considered. The importance of human capital development, the formation of personnel competencies and adaptation to new technological realities is determined. Special attention is paid to the issues of digitalization, integration of machine-building enterprises into global production chains and harmonization of standards with international requirements. In addition, the article emphasizes the attraction of international financing, in particular through international financial institutions (IFIs / MFIs) and international technical assistance programs, which will provide access to advanced technologies, expertise and, accordingly, international capital markets. A comprehensive approach to the development of strategic guidelines is proposed, which involves the development of public-private partnerships, diversification of funding sources, improvement of intellectual property management and environmental modernization of production, attraction of venture and grant financing, as well as orientation towards startups; crowdfunding and crowdlending, which allow attracting additional resources through alternative financial models. The study emphasizes the importance of systemic and synergistic management of innovation processes to ensure sustainable development of the machine-building industry and increase its competitiveness in global markets.
