Large Scale Synthesis of Red‐Emitting Quantum Dots for Efficient and Stable Light‐Emitting Diodes (Adv. Mater. 11/2025)
Synthesis of Red-Emitting Quantum Dots A large number of quantum dots can spring up in the magic hat after performing the magic of a smart core/shell structure design. In article number 2413978 by Zhao Chen, Yang Li, Wai-Yeung Wong, and co-workers a reliable and easily controllable approach is provided to prepare over 0.5-kilogram colloidal quantum dots (CQDs), which feature high fluorescence quantum yields of over 90%, and afford their light-emitting diodes with high efficiency, high brightness, and long operation stability.
