Effect Of Lumbar Canal Enlargement Exercise Protocol With Conventional Physiotherapy In Lumbar Spinal Stenosis: A Case Study
Background: Lumbar Spinal Stenosis (LSS) is a common and debilitating condition, particularly in olderadults, characterized by the narrowing of the spinal canal, which leads to the compression of nerve roots andother neural structures. This results in symptoms such as lower back pain, radiating leg pain, numbness, weakness, and functional impairment. Conservative treatments, including physiotherapy, are the mainstay ofmanagement. However, combining targeted exercise protocols, such as the Lumbar Canal EnlargementExercise Protocol, with conventional physiotherapy may offer more effective symptom relief and functionalimprovements
