ONTOLOGY OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES AS A FACTOR OF INFLUENCE ON MAN AND SOCIETY: MODES OF DIGITAL GLOBALIZATION

In today's world, information and communication technologies (ICT) are a key factor in the development of man and society, shaping new social, economic and cultural realities. The study is devoted to the analysis of the impact of ICT on all spheres of life in the context of digital globalization. The purpose of the article is the theoretical and practical aspects of the analysis of information and communication technologies as a factor of human and society development in the context of digital globalization. Objectives of the study: 1) to analyze the impact of information and communication technologies (ICTs) on a person in the context of digital globalization; 2) to find out the impact of information and communication technologies (ICTs) on society in the context of digital globalization; 3) to reveal the impact of information and communication technologies (ICTs) on culture in the context of digital globalization. ICTs are a complex social, economic, and cultural phenomenon that has its positive and negative sides, development trends, contradictions, and contradictions, which are determined by socio-philosophical analysis. Among domestic scholars, the works of V. Andrushchenko, T. Butchenko, V. Voronkova, O. Kyvliuk, M. Lepskyi, V. Nikitenko, R. Oleksenko, V. Palahuta, O. Punchchenko, O. Sorokina, and S. Terepyshchyi. The analysis of modern research and publications shows the complexity and multidimensionality of the impact of ICT on people, society and culture. The author relies on the works of classical and contemporary researchers, international reports and articles in reputable publications, which allows for a comprehensive assessment of the problem and offers balanced approaches to its solution. The work examines the role of digital technologies in personal development, including opportunities for education, self-realization, professional growth, and social interaction. Particular attention is paid to the transformation of social processes, digitalization of the economy, communications, as well as challenges related to digital inequality, cybersecurity, and information influence. Analyzing current trends, the author identifies the positive and negative consequences of the global spread of ICTs, and offers recommendations for a harmonious combination of technological progress and social responsibility. The work is aimed at understanding how digitalization can contribute to the sustainable development of society and improve the quality of life in the twenty-first century. ICTs are a tool that, on the one hand, contribute to progress, personal and social development, and, on the other hand, pose threats that require regulation and conscious use. The main task of the modern society is to ensure a balance between technological achievements, ethical values and preservation of cultural diversity for the sustainable development of mankind.
