運用電腦模擬輔助火災風險管理之經驗分享

<p>本報告探討運用電腦輔助技術來提升醫院火災風險管理的成效，特別針對桃園醫院及其新屋分院的血液透析室進行模擬分析。透過電腦模擬技術，評估現有火災應變策略的有效性，並針對防火區劃、疏散路線、設備擺放等方面進行優化調整。</p> <p>結果顯示，透過電腦兵棋推演不僅能提升應變計畫的完備性，也能為醫護人員和病人提供更安全的環境。未來，隨著人工智慧與大數據技術的發展，該技術有望進一步推廣至其他高風險醫療單位，如加護病房與開刀房，以全面提升醫院的安全管理水準。</p> <p> </p><p>This study explored the effectiveness of computer-assisted technology in enhancing fire risk management in hospitals;the study focused on the hemodialysis units of Taoyuan Hospital and its Xinwu Branch. Computer simulations were performed to evaluate the effectiveness of current fire response strategies and to propose optimizations in fire compartment design, evacuation routes, and equipment placement.</p> <p>The results indicated that digital war-gaming simulations not only improve emergency response plans but also create a safer environment for both medical staff and patients. In the future, with advancements in artificial intelligence and big data, this technology is expected to be extended to other high-risk medical units, such as intensive care units and operating rooms, to further enhance hospital safety management.</p> <p> </p>
