The application of computational intelligence technology in educational evaluation system

With the speedy prosperity of artificial intelligence technology, the utilization of computational intelligence technology in various fields is gradually deepening. To raise the level and efficiency of education and obtain intelligent evaluation of students' teaching level, research will combine computational intelligence technology into the field of intelligent education, and design an educational evaluation system that can automatically analyze students' learning situation and learning ability, to maximize the improvement of teaching level. The study used a combination of cognitive diagnosis and Bayesian networks to construct a cognitive diagnosis model based on Bayesian networks, and evaluated students' learning performance through fuzzy reasoning. The results indicate that the initial score data presents an irregular distribution, reflecting a wide range of differences in student scores. The lower and higher scores correspond to clear ability assessment values, with 0 and 20 corresponding to ability assessment values of -1.5 and 2, respectively. In terms of predictive performance in cognitive diagnosis, the model achieved prediction accuracy, recall rate, and F1 score of 92.45%, 90.65%, and 90.34%, respectively. In summary, the educational evaluation system designed based on computer intelligence technology has validly raised the accuracy and personalization level of educational evaluation, promoting the intensive progression of intelligent education.
