Student perception of university social responsibility and education quality
This study examined the relationship between University Social Responsibility (USR) and Educational Quality in 120 engineering students. Both variables were assessed through a 20-item questionnaire grouped into four key dimensions. Results indicated that students positively perceive USR, particularly in the dimensions of academic training and institutional management, as well as in the quality of infrastructure and teaching. Correlational analysis revealed a significant relationship between socio-environmental engagement and social commitment, suggesting that the integration of USR into the curriculum directly impacts students' awareness and participation in these issues. These findings underscore the importance of developing educational policies that promote academic quality and social responsibility in universities.
