Program for the strengthening of leadership in basic education students
This study examines student leadership as a critical factor in enhancing socio-emotional skills and environmental improvement. Using a quantitative, quasi-experimental methodology, the research investigated student leadership dynamics through multiple analytical approaches, including questionnaire data analysis, hypothesis testing, and pre-post intervention assessments. Results demonstrated that student leadership program implementation produced significant improvements in core competencies including self-esteem, teamwork capacity, and problem-solving abilities. The research identified active and participatory pedagogical strategies as essential for skill development. Statistical analyses revealed significant differences between control and experimental groups, confirming the effectiveness of the proposed approaches, particularly in dimensions of idealized influence, inspirational motivation, and individualized consideration.
