POLYSUBJECT PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF FUTURE TEACHERS IN CONDITIONS OF COMBINING VIRTUAL AND NATURAL EXPERIMENTS BASED ON TECHNOPARKS AND QUANTORIUMS

The modern system of training future teachers is unthinkable without an innovative component: it is both a necessity and a requirement of the times. A significant role in this system is played by a polysubjective approach, which implies the possibility of implementing professional interaction in practical conditions and practicing professional communication skills. Nevertheless, despite a certain degree of study, in our opinion, the issue of professional interaction and training of future teachers in the context of combining virtual and natural experiments based on technology parks and quantum centers has not been sufficiently studied in scientific pedagogical literature. The methodological scheme of polysubjective professional training is aimed at creating the best conditions for improving the personality of students as future teachers within the framework of the educational process. Professional training in the polysubjectivity mode gives the student the opportunity, using the material and technical base of technology parks and quantum centers, to develop professional competencies, self-actualize in the field of science and research, including through the use of experimental work tools. Objective: to determine the specifics of the poly-subject professional training of students of pedagogical specialties in the context of the conjugation of virtual and natural experiments based on technology parks and quantums. Materials and methods: theoretical methods (analysis of scientific papers, publications and systematization of theoretical information); empirical methods (survey of university students). Results. Poly-subject professional training of students of pedagogical specialties implies the process of interaction of various participants of the educational system - both individuals and entire subject groups - based on specific relationships formed within the framework of various poly-subjects of the educational space of a higher educational institution. The process of poly-subject professional training of a future teacher today is unthinkable without an innovative component; this is becoming a necessity within the framework of digitalization trends and the introduction of innovative educational technologies. Conclusion. The results of the conducted author's study show that the level of polysubject interaction is currently assessed by students quite highly. This is confirmed by the trends in the dynamics of students' attitudes towards the university teaching staff: from "expert" to "friend and mentor", as well as, to a greater extent, a high level of satisfaction and the need for support from the scientific supervisor when conducting a coupled experiment in the conditions of a technology park. Abstract
