REVIEW-EMPIRICAL NOTES ON THE RELEVANCE OF FORMING PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY IN STUDENTS SPECIALIZING IN «MINING»

Background. The performance of actions, deeds, decisions requires from a professional not only quick orientation in a rapidly changing environment of professional activity, but also an internal incentive to act morally and effectively - professional responsibility. Formation of professional responsibility of students studying in the specialty «Mining» is a non-trivial scientific and practical task that requires substantiation and empirical verification of its relevance. Changes in the technological structure and information and telecommunication content and structure of education set the tasks of updating approaches, conditions and means for the formation of professional success, ensuring the interpenetration of knowledge and spiritual and moral values in the educational space. The purpose of the study was to formulate the problem of substantiation of the relevance of the formation of professional responsibility of students majoring in «Mining» and its empirical verification through questionnaires and expert surveys. Method and methodology. The study of the relevance of the formation of professional responsibility of students majoring in "Mining" was carried out using analytical techniques and methods of synthesizing, as well as collecting, generalizing, and processing the obtained empirical information. Results. In the article, based on the analysis of modern literary data obtained from psychological and pedagogical works and testing the author's questionnaire aimed at identifying the attitude of teachers and students to professional responsibility, the relevance of the problem of forming professional responsibility of students majoring in «Mining» is substantiated and the ways of further experimental search in the stated subject of the study are determined. The vectors of theoretical knowledge and the implementation of these developments in practice are determined. Scope of application of the results. The results obtained during the empirical study will be of interest to researchers in the field of psychological and pedagogical sciences, the teaching and administrative staff of universities for the formation and development of the orientation of the personality of students, the development of the values and ideals of students. The obtained results also open up prospects for further empirical knowledge, comparative analysis and consideration when working with the experimental and control groups on the formation of professional responsibility of students majoring in Mining.
