Emergency clinical nurse specialist practice in Victoria and New South Wales: A cross-sectional study
The Practice Standards for the Specialist Emergency Nurse are used regularly and are relevant to CNS practice. CNSs are largely satisfied with their role, which is versatile and multifaceted. However, CNSs face challenges to perform all elements of their role, and reported protected non-clinical time and collaboration with management as enablers to their role.
