THE PRACTICE OF IMPLEMENTING CAPITAL REPAIRS OF RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS IN THE CONTEXT OF INTERACTION WITH THE OWNERS OF PREMISES

The most important participants in the regional capital repair program implemented on the territory of the subjects of the Russian Federation are owners and residents of apartment buildings. Today, the regional program, updated every year, describes itself as promising, at the same time, in order to achieve more effective indicators, it is necessary to involve citizens living in an apartment building in the planning and implementation of repair work, appealing to the fact that it is the residents of apartment buildings who are the most interested participants in this issue, since the activities carried out improve their living conditions and increase the comfort level of the accommodation. In this regard, it is necessary, based on established methodological and practical manuals, and foreign experience, to analyze the existing development opportunities for a greater degree of interest among residents and owners of apartment buildings in capital repairs and suggest ways to implement them.
