Constitutional Law Principles of Local Self-Government Legal Protection

The article is devoted to the study of the system of constitutional and legal principles of legal protection of local self-government. Taking into account the amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation in 2020, the study of theoretical and methodological issues affecting the mechanism of legal protection of the institution of local self-government in the unified system of public power of the Russian Federation is relevant.
