SEGURANÇA DO TRABALHO E A CONSTRUÇÃO DO MANUAL DE CAPACITAÇÃO:

This work aims to present the process of developing an Educational Product and the importance of Occupational Safety in the training and training of Professional and Technological Education (EPT) students. Prevention is a fundamental strategy to avoid workplace accidents, which is why courses that use practical laboratories to exercise these precautions contribute to avoiding accidents and raising students' awareness of the importance of Workplace Safety. In this sense, an analysis of Brazilian legislation on Occupational Safety and its importance in EPT schools was carried out, based on the case study of the Mechanical Laboratory of CEFET MG, Campus Divinópolis. It is worth mentioning that the study focused on the integrated high school EPT modality. To this end, a bibliographic review, document analysis and on-site visits to the Laboratory were carried out. Based on the discussion and technical visits, a Risk Map for the Laboratory was suggested, taking environmental risks into account, as a way of proposing a model and being presented as an Educational Product that can be replicated in the different realities of schools. EPT. The PE is a Training Manual where teachers can work with students, preferably before starting practical classes in the laboratories, as through this manual student will have access to information about which environmental risks are present in each laboratory, working on each of the risks and finally prepare a Risk Map through a complementary activity.
