AUTOMATION OF THE PROCESS OF ACCOUNTING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT FOR HIRE AS A TOOL TO REDUCE FINANCIAL RISKS

The modern market of construction equipment and car hire services demonstrates stable growth, but many companies face problems related to tariff management. Subjective approach to determining the cost of hire can lead to financial losses and deterioration of the company’s image. Based on this, there was a need to develop a system that could automate the process of tariff selection based on objective data about drivers. This paper considers the creation of a system of accounting for the issuance of construction equipment for hire, which allows the formation of individual tariffs depending on the driving record and accident history of each client. This innovation will not only significantly improve the quality of customer service, but will also reduce financial risks for the company, providing more equitable pricing. Thus, the purpose of this study is to automate the process of selection of rental prices, which includes complex analysis, software development and evaluation of its effective implementation in business processes.
