FEATURES AND CONDITIONS OF FUNCTIONING OF THE PRODUCTION AND ECONOMIC SYSTEM OF VITICULTURE IN THE REPUBLIC OF DAGESTAN

The article presents a scientific strategy for the features and conditions of the functioning of the production and economic system of viticulture in the Republic of Dagestan (RD), and provides an overview of stimulating and increasing the dynamics of viticulture development. The management aspects of the functioning of the production and economic system of viticulture and options for resolving them are analyzed. The need for technological modernization in order to optimize production costs and monitor the quality of viticulture products is formulated. Serious problems of the viticulture and winemaking industry, intensification, modernization and approaches to solving the stimulation of domestic production are identified. Priority goals of scientific assistance in supporting viticulture and winemaking, based on modern research, are determined. The planned set of measures for managing the functioning of the production and economic system of viticulture in the RD is considered. Upcoming technological modifications in the conditions of the functioning of the production and economic system of viticulture, the most promising breakthrough technologies for strengthening its competitive positions and increasing profitability are outlined. The research materials include information from Rosstat and its regional services, Rosreestr, the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia and the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Dagestan (RD).
