Law Enforcement Aspects of Exercise of the Right to Repudiation of a Public Private Partnership Agreement in the Social Sphere

The work discusses the implementation of the right of a party to PPP agreements to unilaterally refuse. The article substantiates that the legal nature and social significance of objects in the social sphere should predetermine the characteristics of the conditions and procedure for using this right. In particular, the use of this power must be motivated, taking into account not only the rights and legitimate interests of the counterparty, but also the rights and legitimate interests of consumers of social services.
