Research on Capacity Allocation of Wind-Solar-hydrogen Storage Microgrid based on HOMER
Due to the significant volatility of wind and photovoltaic power generation, they also exhibit significant disturbances during grid connection, resulting in a decrease in the utilization rate of renewable energy. As a new type of renewable energy, hydrogen energy has the advantages of clean and efficient, easy storage, and convenient transportation, which can be used as a secondary carrier to improve the utilization rate of renewable energy. Based on the HOMERPRO software, a grid connected microgrid system for wind, solar, and hydrogen storage has been built. Selecting a certain region in Northeast China, with the lowest net present value total cost as the objective function, this study investigates hydrogen production systems at different time periods, compares and analyzes various microgrid capacity configurations, and concludes that the economy and availability of wind and solar hydrogen storage systems are the strongest.
