Numerical Simulation Study on the Coupled Transport Law of Airflow and Dust in Fully Mechanized Top Coal Mining Face
At present, with the large-scale of fully mechanized mining equipment, the air flow and dust transport law in fully mechanized caving face has become more complex. In order to systematically study the dust diffusion characteristics under the influence of air flow in fully mechanized top coal caving face, the dust diffusion pollution law of fully mechanized top coal caving face under the influence of 0.5m/s~2.0m/s air inlet wind speed was numerically simulated and analyzed, and the coupling movement law of air flow and dust in fully mechanized top coal caving face under different wind speeds was revealed. The results show that with the inlet wind speed increasing from 0.5m/s to 2.0m/s, the impact of the wind flow at the roller on the sidewalk is weakened, and the wind speed in the sidewalk and runway area increases to more than 2.80m/s and 2.30m/s respectively. When the inlet wind speed exceeds 1.5m/s, the high concentration dust is diluted rapidly, and the dust concentration in the respiratory zone at the downwind side of the shearer tends to be stable, basically lower than 200mg/m³, which effectively inhibits the diffusion of dust to the sidewalk.
