Use of a Novel Flow Cytometry Platform Sysmex XF-1600 in the Diagnosis of B-Cell Chronic Lymphocytic Leukaemia (B-CLL)

B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia (B-CLL) is the most common adult leukemia, requiring accurate diagnosis and staging for effective treatment. Flow cytometry is a crucial diagnostic tool, with immunophenotyping confirming B-CLL by detecting specific markers (CD5, CD19, CD23, and dim CD20). This study evaluates the Sysmex XF-1600, a novel 10-color flow cytometry platform, in comparison to existing systems (Beckman Coulter Navios and BD FACSLyric) across two international laboratories.
