Differentiation of Criminal Liability for Financing Mass Riots

The expedience of differentiation of criminal liability for facilitating riots through financing is reviewed. Positions are presented both on criminalization of financing of riots by specifically incorporating the corresponding element into the disposition of the norm, and classification of crime financing as complicity (aiding and abetting) in the crime. Based on the principles of legality (certainty of criminal-legal prohibition), the absence of gaps and non-excessiveness of the prohibition, the validity of establishing criminal liability for the financial support of riots is substantiated.
