Problems of Legal Regulation of the Activities of Employees of the Military Court Apparatus as a Specialized Body of the Judiciary

The article is devoted to the problems of legal regulation of the activities of employees of the military court apparatus as a specialized body of judicial power. Taking into account new challenges and threats to the national security of the Russian Federation, serious problems related to the organization of legal proceedings in new territories have begun to mature. Military courts must be ready to administer justice not only in normal peacetime conditions, but also in special legal regimes.
