Specifics of the Form and Content of Justice at the Stage Of Preparing a Criminal Case for Trial

The article analyzes the specifics of the stage of preparing a case for a court hearing as one of the components of criminal justice. The features of this stage, manifested in its form and content, are listed. The author’s vision of the court session in the criminal process is given. Examples of legal issues resolved by the court at the analyzed stage are considered. Interim conclusions are drawn regarding the possibilities of the administration of justice in the preparation of the case for the court session.
