Traffic Accidents in the Municipalities of North-Eastern Libya (Derna-Alqubba-Shahat-Albayda) Their Causes and Factors for Treating and Reducing Them

Traffic accidents are considered among the problems that effect modern societies especiallyLibyan society .And this is not strange as Libya is regard as one of the devolving countries .it hasbeen noticed the increase of traffic accidents in Libya .And these traffic accidents can burden thecountry financially, so this paper is aim to shed the light on traffic accidents in In the provinces ofnortheastern Libya (Derna - Al-Qubba - Shahat - Al-Bayda). By and large, security deterioration,the weakness of traffic police institution, and the weakness of police institution in general areamong the things that cause this problem. In addition, there are no strict laws on vehicle importsand that has made the situation worse. Furthermore, rode are left without any maintenances orwidening. it is known traffic accidents cause casualties, loses in lives, and money. This paper alsodiscusses the main causes that lead to the increase of traffic accidents. Andbehaviors, vehicles, that road and its weakness of its designs and instructions and last butnot the last the ecosystem of the province. In the conclusion of this paper, there are somerecommendations of this paper there are some recommendations and suggestions that can limittraffic accents and raise road safety in the provinces. This paper also suggests and recommendsways that can enhance and improve traffic police institutions, and this could be achieved byconstructing research centers, installing database that connect that whole province in the countrytogether.
