Protection of Cultural Heritage in Poland in the Third Decade of the 21st Century

The article presents the legal conditions of cultural heritage in Poland, including regulations on museum collections. Tasks and duties carried out by state bodies dealing with the protection of cultural heritage are also indicated. Specialized units of the Polish Army that carry out tasks related to protecting cultural property are also mentioned.
