IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PRINCIPLE OF DIRECT PROCEEDINGS WHEN SETTING A CASE FOR TRIAL IN A SUMMARY MANNER
The article discusses the main features of the consideration of cases in a simplified manner from the standpoint of the principle of immediacy. The author illustrates the statistical data on the consideration of cases in a simplified manner in the arbitration process and justifies the need for its development. As the main direction for improving simplified proceedings, it is proposed to change the approach to the appointment of court sessions in order to directly examine evidence that was previously not available for research when considering cases in the order under consideration.
