ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEEDING IN COMMERCIAL PROCEEDING: CORRELATION ISSUES

The article considers the discussion questions about the place and content of administrative court proceedings provided for by APK of the Russian Federation. Based on the developed theory of law on legal procedures and types of security relations (V.N. Protasov), it was concluded that various approaches to assess the place in the system of legislation norms, Governing the Procedure for Disputes in the Public Sphere and Proceedings in Administrative Offences.
