SECURING OF EVIDENCE IN A DOMAIN DISPUTE CASE REVIEWED BY A COMMERCIAL COURT

The article, based on the analysis of existing definitions of domain disputes, specifies their definition in a narrow sense. Features of evidence for the designated type of disputes are identified. Due to the fact that information posted at a certain point in time on the Internet is of fundamental importance for resolving domain disputes; the advisability of securing evidence in a domain dispute case is established, and possible options for such security are analyzed.
