Construction and Multifunctional Photonic Applications of Light Absorption‐Enhanced Silicon‐Based Schottky Coupled Structures (Small 11/2025)
Schottky-Coupled Structures Low-dimensional materials can be conceptualized as modular components, characterized by distinct geometries that facilitate the assembly of both vertical and horizontal heterogeneous structures, primarily influenced by van der Waals interactions. Photodetectors based on 3D-graphene and MoS2 quantum dot integration have been successfully applied in logic circuits and visual imaging systems.
