QUE EMPREENDEDORISMO É ESSE? ANÁLISE DAS CONCEPÇÕES DE TRABALHO NOS DISCURSOS DO NOVO ENSINO MÉDIO E DAS DIRETRIZES DA EPT.

The High School Reform promulgated by Law 13,415/2017 implemented a series of changes in the basic education of high school level in Brazilian schools. Far beyond altering workload and making significant changes to the curriculum, the reform strongly reflects neoliberal practices, inserting them into the school environment through formative pathways and guiding axes, especially the entrepreneurship axis. This article seeks to analyze in an attempt to identify the connections between the discourse of the reform and the promotion of a neoliberal subjectivity in education. To do so, excerpts from the National Common Curricular Base for High School was examined, highlighting "entrepreneurship" as a key point to understand how the reform is shaping a pedagogy aimed at adapting the individual to the ideal of "self-entrepreneurship". From this point of view, the high school reform is not just a structural change in education, but also a way to promote values and behaviors aligned with the principles of neoliberalism. In this context, the student becomes "empowered" to develop "skills and competencies" that allow them to adapt to the different demands inherent in a world of uncertainties and constant changes related to the labor market. With this research, we realized that entrepreneurship can play a relevant role in the school curriculum, but it is important to approach it critically and contextually, recognizing its limits and challenges, and ensuring that education remains focused on the integral development of students and the promotion of the common good. Teaching the entrepreneurship axis in high school, before a markedly neoliberal imposition, should be a space in which young people will debate and discover their skills so that they feel safe and aware of their decisions. So that they are clear that entrepreneurship must be seen as an option, and not as the only path that will lead them to a future of success and financial independence.
