The influence of temperature load on the reliability of engine turbine blades

Abstract This paper explores the effect of working temperature changes on the performance of engine turbine blades. The development of nickel-based single-crystal alloys has continuously promoted the deepening and expansion of the research on the fatigue and reliability of turbine blades, but it is rare to analyze the reliability of blades based on the mechanical properties of nickel-based single-crystal alloys from the perspective of temperature load. In this paper, the crystal orientation deviation angle is taken as the starting point, and the three-dimensional thermal barrier coating system based on the nickel-based single crystal is taken as the research object. The change of residual stress after the cooling stage of the system is analyzed by simulation analysis. It is found that the change of crystal orientation deviation angle has no obvious influence, which verifies the reliability of turbine blades and provides effective support for the preparation and acceptance of turbine blades.
