Research on troubleshooting of transmission systems in aircraft engine control device test platform
Abstract The primary function of the transmission system of the aero engine control device test platform was to deliver output operating power to the test components, making it a core component of the entire platform. This study was based on the fracture of the output shaft of the nozzle oil source pump in the transmission system that occurred during the testing of a certain engine control device test platform. Through data analysis, the nature of the fracture and the causes of the failure were identified. A reprocessing plan was implemented on the existing transmission shaft, and the connecting shaft sleeve was re-machined. The improved system demonstrated stable performance, allowing for convenient disassembly and replacement. This resolved the design flaw of the original transmission shaft and provided valuable insights for the design of transmission systems.
