SPIRITUAL CULTURE AS A SUBSTANTIAL FACTOR IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF A MODERN STATE

Spiritual culture in modern society is the foundation on which a just state is built that ensures a decent life for its citizens. Changes in the spiritual sphere of society’s life inevitably affect the life of every citizen. In this regard, the study of the role of ideology in the life of a modern state seems relevant. The aim of the study was to examine spiritual culture as a substantial factor in the development of a modern state. As a result of the study, it was established that spiritual culture has a fundamental significance for the development of a modern state. The rejection of traditional spiritual and cultural values is fraught with the path to oblivion for any state, the destruction of its fundamental foundations.
