Air-to-air missile interception mission planning and effectiveness analysis under carrier-accompanied flights
Abstract The planning and effectiveness analysis of air-to-air missile interception missions is a key link to improve national air defence combat capability. In this paper, a new type of carrier-aircraft accompanying flight strategy is designed, where the carrier-aircraft carrying missiles will not withdraw after entering the battlefield, but continue to accompany the flight. Combining the dynamic performance of the carrier-aircraft and missiles, real-time tracking and evaluation of the enemy target, a kind of improved dynamic particle swarm optimization method is proposed, and an objective function of the interception effectiveness is constructed to achieve the optimisation of the missile interception mission. Through the analysis of the simulation data, it is confirmed that the scheme has significant advantages in improving the interception effectiveness and shortening the reaction time.
