GENERAL SOCIAL PROBLEMS OF PREVENTING ILLEGAL DRUG TRAFFICKING

This article examines the state of drug crime in modern Russia and on this basis proposes measures for its general social prevention. In particular, the author comes to the conclusion that as the socio-economic situation in the country improves, drug consumption increases and it is impossible to cope with the noted negative dynamics only by special criminological measures - various general social preventive measures are required.
