Online Decentralized Dynamic Event-triggered Control of Unknown Large-scale Interconnected Systems

This paper proposes a novel online decentralized dynamic event-triggered control scheme for a class of large-scale nonlinear interconnected systems with unknown system dynamics and interconnection effects. First, a neural network-based identifier is constructed to reconstruct the unknown internal dynamics of the interconnected system. Next, an adaptive critic network is employed to learn the approximate optimal control strategy under the event-triggered mechanism. Under the designed dynamic event-triggered control mechanism, each subsystem independently designs its own control strategy, and the updates of these control strategies are carried out asynchronously. Finally, a numerical simulation example is provided to verify the effectiveness and practicality of the proposed dynamic event-triaaered control method.
