THE INTERACTION OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND HUMAN CAPITAL

The article is devoted to the analysis of the interaction of artificial intelligence and human capital in the context of digital transformation. The purpose of the research is to identify the prospects and problems of integrating modern technologies into education, human resource management and the development of strategies for their harmonious interaction. The authors use methods of system analysis and a review of the current state of research, based on practical experience and data from the scientific literature. The main conclusions indicate that artificial intelligence helps automate routine tasks, optimize business processes, and increase labor productivity. Technology opens up opportunities for personalizing educational trajectories and improving the skills of employees, making it easier for them to adapt to market changes. However, integration comes with challenges such as algorithm bias, social inequality, and threats to data privacy. The successful use of artificial intelligence requires the development of a regulatory framework, the introduction of educational programs and consideration of ethical aspects. The paper highlights the need for a specific approach that will ensure a balance between process automation and human involvement.
