Enhanced phase measurement in optical coherence tomography using wavelength segmentation of stretched-pulse mode-locked laser
This study introduces a novel technique to extend the phase measurement range in swept-source optical coherence tomography using segmented wavelength bands, enhancing measurement precision without altering the system configuration. By optimizing wavelength-band segmentation of the laser, the method minimizes spectral leakage and improves signal-to-noise ratio, achieving nanometer-scale phase stability. Utilizing a stretched-pulse mode-locked laser as the light source further enhances precision. This approach overcomes the limitations of conventional phase unwrapping and multi-wavelength phase imaging, providing reliable and precise phase measurements for high-resolution optical imaging applications.
