Functional bond-selective microscopy at the single molecule regime

In this talk, I will present our most recent results on BonFIRE spectro-microscopy for IR-sensitive bond-selective imaging and investigations at the single molecule regime. New efforts toward wide-field super-multiplex imaging; wide-field single-molecule profiling, and vibrational life-time imaging for sensing of heterogeneous cellular interactions and environment will be discussed.
