Label-free imaging flow cytometry using a motion sensitive camera

This study utilizes an event-based camera in an imaging flow cytometry system to enhance recognition processing. By detecting luminance changes asynchronously and outputting differential data with coordinate and time information, the event-based vision sensor allows for the reconstruction of intensity information of flowing biological cells. This innovative approach aims to improve the efficiency of quantitative analysis in imaging flow cytometry systems.

Abstract

This study utilizes an event-based camera in an imaging flow cytometry system to enhance recognition processing. By detecting luminance changes asynchronously and outputting differential data with coordinate and time information, the event-based vision sensor allows for the reconstruction of intensity information of flowing biological cells. This innovative approach aims to improve the efficiency of quantitative analysis in imaging flow cytometry systems.
