Design and fabrication of metasurface towards high-definition complex amplitude measurement
We have proposed a metasurface design for complex amplitude measurement based on a space-division phase-shifting method. With our proposed metasurface, four holograms with different phase shifts can be created simultaneously. By capturing the holograms and implementing the phase-shifting algorithm, the complex amplitude of an object beam can be detected in a simple setup. As a proof-of-principle demonstration, we fabricated the metasurface with gold meta-atoms. We introduce and review the basic design and fabrication of our proposed metasurface.
