Preclinical Didactic Content Coupled with Simulation Improves Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Student Clinical Confidence and Ensures Obtainment of Beginning-Level Competencies Prior to Initiation of Clinical Rotations
This qualty improvement preparatory program sets students up for success in their first clinical rotation. Further work is planned to link this semester's outcomes with nurse practitioner student clinical performance.
