Optimization and Decision of Cluster Targets Camouflage Scheme Based on Improved NSGA II and Game Theory Combined with Weighting-TOPSIS Method
Aiming at the optimization and decision-making of the camouflage scheme for the cluster target multitask with both effectiveness and efficiency, according to the camouflage measure constraints and the force capacity constraints, this paper constructs the functional relationship model of camouflage operation method, time, force and discovery probability, uses the improved NSGA II algorithm to obtain the Pareto optimal set, and combines the game theory combination weighting - TOPSIS method to sort the multitask indicators, and can obtain the optimization scheme under different camouflage requirements. The existing database and daily practice data are used to test the feasibility of the model and algorithm for the camouflage mission of a certain army. The results show that when the population number is set to 100, the number of iterations is 300, the crossover probability is 0.9, and the mutation probability is 0.05, different optimal schemes can be obtained quickly. The time optimal scheme, the effect optimal scheme and the comprehensive optimal scheme obtained through the index ranking are in line with the expectation and consistent with the actual situation of the military mission.
